I worked with Satya from Guru Realty to purchase my first home. Satya was very helpful from lot selection till closing, and I could not have expected more. I finalized the builder/community/lot for new construction and then decided to go with Satya. When Satya looked at the property, he highlighted a few drawbacks in the lot and negotiated a better lot for the same price, which I didn't consider earlier because of the high price. He guided us in design studio decisions about what to go with the builder and what to go for outside.
